A. Standard Catalog Products

Most standard catalog products are made to order and fulfilled by our production and fulfillment partners. Production times, carrier transit times, and delivery estimates vary by product, destination, season, and carrier. The estimate shown at checkout or communicated by us is not a guarantee.

B. Custom Apparel

Custom apparel is fulfilled and shipped directly by The Plus 57 Company®. We will communicate expected production and shipping timing at or before order confirmation.

International Orders

We ship for the Colombian diaspora and customers internationally where available. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other import fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility. Delivery may be delayed by customs or carrier issues.

Address and Delivery Issues

Please provide an accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem or a package appears damaged or missing. We will work with the applicable carrier or fulfillment partner.
